Day 89...Core Synergistics...ROUND 5

It was a bruiser today!

This is the intense workout only rolled out during the misnamed rest and recovery week.

I consider myself fully recovered for the most part from that cold I dealt with this week and attacked core syn with all I had.

I did 11 prison cell push-ups, incorporated weights on the crescent lunges, and did the leg lifts in lateral skaters. All improvements over the past.

I still have one more core syn to go since I had to bank Tuesday's due to illness.
