Woke up not feeling to good. Coming down with something. Feeling the congestion building up in my head. Crappy.
I did my workout, with my driveway sprints and all but I didnt leave it all on the floor. Heart rate was lower than usual so I was definitely dragging compared to other weeks.
I did do the banked AbRipper workout though (thought I would forget huh?). I did it 100% and perfect with a little bonus even for good measure.
So at least I finished strong.
