Day 82...Legs and Back... ROUND 10

I hit the proverbiable brick wall today.

All pull up set numbers were down...definitely am ready for a recovery week. I was a little disappointed finishing up my last resistance workout weaker than the week before but I guess my body is telling me something.

Pushed hard through and did the best I could with what I had available. Decided to bank AbRipper for the next day with hopes of a more energetic showing. I mean after all, it is the last AbRipper routine for quite a while and I really wanted it to be on point 100%.
