I was rather sore from Back and Bicep Wednesday. Was feeling it big time with just about every move.
That's good though...I think that stretching and movement was particularly good for my body and to work through the soreness.
I was pretty happy about the Yoga Belly 7 showing today. I am not saying it was perfection, but it was pretty darn close. Picking it up big time on the boat and half boat sequence.
2 more yogas to go and I am going to be considered a guru!
