Last showing for this workout and I left it all out there.
Those Slo-mo pushups really stick it to ya even at the tail end of P90X. I still can't do the whole two speed push-ups without dropping to my knees about 2/3rds the way through.
I did do a couple one arm push-ups legit. Got a long way to go before I can lay out 10 of those but that is a nice goal to keep in mind.
I'm getting a little sad that I am almost done with P90X. I am looking forward to X2, don't get me wrong, but I am going to miss the old routines and the kids. I really have no idea when I will revisit P90X again.
