Here we are....Saturday already. One full week in the bag...and the hardest week I should say. It's all down hill from here. LOL. Or not.
Kenpo is a great way to start the weekend. Gets your heart rate up and ready to go. I enjoyed an ice cold recovery drink afterwards and now I am walking on sunshine!
Soreness factor is diminishing quickly. Even after yesterday's leg workout, I am very much mobile with no pains.
Not much to report here and I am also in a hurry...going to drive a formula 1 car today. If this is my last blog you now know why.

I'm gonna play it by ear. I'll likely keep it clean for the first few weeks but will relax it a bit Sunday, you know...have a bud light lime maybe?
