It's the mother of all P90X exercises!!!!
Here is what I know now:
- Plyo is still challenging.
- My legs are in fact stronger and I can do the exercises with hardly any variation if any at all.
- I don't peter out at the end.
- Even though I have improved and can see it, I can't bring it like Frog Boy Dominic yet. That guy is gnarly.
- Plyo is not my favorite routine.
- Brandon is insane to think I am going to do the "Insanity Plyo" routine.

ReplyDeleteI feel it is my duty to point out that Brandon is injured right now. Plyo can be crazy and sometimes too much; it's definitely not for everyone. You're smart to listen to your body and go your own pace. Not to say you shouldn't do it (or that Brandon shouldn't do it). Just be smart about it. Okay, I'll be able to sleep now.
