Weeks 1,2, & 3 are the same. That's good because you get an opportunity to fine tune the new moves and work on form. My form sucks on some of the exercises so I am all about getting the practice.
Week 2 still had me eating carpet after doing girly pushups to failure. The X means something for sure and unless you writhe in pain, fall on your face, or your eyes tear up from all the salty sweat flooding into them, you are "DOGGING IT"!

I did my brous. I feel like I need to not be cocky and "bring it" because today worked me. I don't think it ever gets easy. It was like revisiting a bad nightmare that lasted 90 days and the worst part is I know what lies ahead each day. Thanks for holding me accountable. You are my rock this time. No pressure.
ReplyDeleteLOL! This is hilarious! The second time is always the worst. I speak of mountain bike rides, long, horrible runs, crazy-ass track workouts like 13 300's at 90% max. Brandon, I feel for you. Jonathan, you have it easy! Just not as easy as my 10 minutes of rowing today. :)
