Day 15...Chest and Back Cubed.

Big Brous Brando thought going full on during the first round of Chest and Back made sense, since if you go moderate (as recommended) you will still be weeded for round two when you are supposed to go all out (which is true).

Dude...let's just say when it got to "Dive Bombers" I crashed and burned. I am stoked on the rug burn across my forehead. Good thing I don't have a hot date this week.

Proof that I did not "dog it" is that I almost threw up. I kept it down but it was a panicky moment fo sho.

Monday is an Ab Ripper X day if you have not caught on yet. I currently struggle with reverse bicycle.

Hilary...maybe one of these days you can run through Ab Ripper with me. I really want your take on this MoFo.

  1. Man oh man. My theory was good. I focused so hard on going full boat that the time seemed to go faster than normal. I am concerned about my soreness tomorrow. We will see. Brushing my teeth may be an issue.

  2. You guys are hilarious! So proud to be related to you. Jonathan, I've done Ab Ripper. In my opinion (and Brandon concurred with me at one time), hip flexor ripper is far more accurate. I'm not a fan... make sure you stretch those suckers out. Shortened hip flexors can lead to low back issues. Blance, people, balance! In your words, bro, "I'm just sayin'..."
